Dr. John Fitzgerald
Dr. John Fitzgerald received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Western Ontario. After graduating he moved to Ottawa with his wife and classmate, Dr. Micaela Fitzgerald. Together they have served the Ottawa area from this location for over 25 years. Dr. John has continued his education with an emphasis on cosmetic, restorative and digital dentistry, and enjoys working with patients of all ages to achieve healthy, sustainable and beautiful smiles. His love of dentistry has also lead him to Jamaica, where he has volunteered on several projects to provide much needed dental care in rural areas. Outside of the office, Dr. John has enjoyed coaching his kids in sports, running in the Ottawa race weekend, skiing and cycling in the Gatineaus and finding his happy place in yoga!
Dr. Micaela Fitzgerald
Dr. Micaela Fitzgerald received her B.Sc. (Physiology) and her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the University of Western Ontario. After graduating Dr. Micaela associated in Manotick for seven years before joining her husband, Dr. John, in practice. Dr. Micaela has continued her studies in all areas of dentistry including restorative, cosmetic and digital dentistry, and enjoys helping people of all ages achieve healthy and beautiful smiles. In addition to private practice, Dr. Micaela has served the local dental community as Past-President of the Ottawa Dental Society, and internationally as a dental volunteer in Jamaica and Nepal. When out of the office, Dr. Micaela greatest passion is spending time with her family.
